From breakdown, to breakthrough...
I wasn’t always as free as I am today.
For years, I followed the path laid out for me by society and my traditional upbringing—excelling in school, getting a degree, landing corporate jobs.
But despite doing everything "right," I found myself stuck, unfulfilled, and numbing because I was longing for something more but had zero idea what it was or how to start.
Morning affirmations & personal development book, coffee in the sunshine, walking or horseback riding, self-reiki & accupressure mat
Traveling for my next story, on coaching calls, or hanging with my husband & pup at home
Judging others, chasing external validation, one-size-fits-all solutions, conforming to societal BS
Doing things differently than society tells us to, working hard but honoring rest, radical authenticity, inner alchemy
Ultimately, I had to let parts of me die in order to rise into who I truly was... and now I help other women do the same.
After six full-time jobs in seven years, I realized it wasn’t just the jobs—it was the 9-5 structure that didn’t fit who I was. During a trip to Spain, I met a friend thriving as an entrepreneur, traveling on his own terms. It sparked a realization: maybe freedom was possible for me too. Six months later, I quit my job.
But leaving the corporate world wasn’t the escape I imagined. It led to even more confusion, distrust, and a deep craving for external validation. I spiraled, chasing outside solutions and racking up $20K in business debt from hiring the wrong coaches and not taking action.
Then it hit me: the issue wasn’t just the jobs, bosses, or the grind—it was me. Years of programming and limiting beliefs had kept my true self locked away. I realized that to truly change my life, I had to start from within. I had to confront the stories, expectations, and beliefs that had been shielding my authentic self. This wasn’t just a career shift—it was a rebirth.
After that realization, I embarked on a deep healing journey—one that involved peeling back layers of old wounds, conditioning, and beliefs. Through inner work, energy healing, and human design, I began to reconnect with my true self, embracing transformation and alignment to achieve true peace and freedom.
While plenty of coaches told me I didn't need to get certified, I disagreed. I want to go deep with my clients, and to do that, I needed to learn more.
